Fueling Innovation with Six Lincoln Startups

The Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED) is thrilled to announce the expansion of its LaunchLNK Grant Program, awarding $20,000 non-dilutive grants to six high-growth startups establishing or expanding their operations in Lincoln. This year’s program is an increase from five grants awarded in previous years, demonstrating LPED's commitment to fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the city.

After continued success and expansion of course offerings, the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED) extends congratulations to the recent graduates of the Lincoln Manufacturing Council’s Manufacturing Skills Certificate program.

Google has announced plans to build a data center in Lincoln, its third in the state, continuing to strengthen the Omaha-Lincoln metropolitan areas as hubs for innovation and technology. The announcement was made with U.S. Senator Deb Fischer and Congressman Mike Flood at the company’s Papillion data center campus on Tuesday morning along with city officials from Lincoln, Omaha and Papillion.

Doane University is excited to announce Go For Launch Entrepreneurship Workshop beginning in October 2023, in collaboration with the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED), a division of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and a public-private collaboration charged with fulfilling Lincoln’s economic development goals.
