Carlos Estrada has been selected as the new managing director of NMotion, an organization that guides startup founders through the critical stages of early company development.  NMotion is supported by the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, Invest Nebraska, local companies and private investors.

Inside/Outside Innovation Summit is back for its second year on May 29-31. Hosted by the Inside/Outside Innovation podcast and NXXT, Inc., The Summit will bring together over 500 innovators for a two-day national conference at The Graduate Hotel in Lincoln.

Site Selection Magazine, one of the nation’s leading authorities and publications regarding economic development, ranked Lincoln ninth for the number of projects in metro areas with a population between 200,000 and 1,000,000.  Lincoln produced and developed 27 qualifying projects. In the West North Central region, Lincoln ranked fifth for projects in a metro area regardless of population
