Lincoln FastTrack Certified Sites Program

Lincoln FastTrack is Lincoln's certified site program, designed to identify and promote development-ready locations for manufacturing, logistics, and other targeted growth projects. FastTrack certification is awarded to properties that have successfully completed a defined set of program requirements, confirming the site is primed for development and ready for investment.  

Each FastTrack site is proactively vetted in advance for key development factors such as zoning, utility capacity, environmental considerations, access, and overall feasibility. The program also provides detailed site information, including price & availability, infrastructure & utilities, potential development costs, and known environmental conditions. All collected to reduce risk and increase transparency for prospective projects. 

By preparing sites ahead of time, Lincoln FastTrack helps industrial projects move faster and with greater confidence.
